Our Policies

Minimum stay required (2-day minimum on weekends and holidays)

• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (outdoors only!)

• Guest pets are welcome

• Children are welcome

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (complimentary wine)

Deposit amount required (A first night's deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.)

• Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM

Cancellations:
There is a $25 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations or early-departure requests received less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will forfeit your deposit unless your accommodations are rebooked for all portions of your stay. Holidays and Special Events require a 15-day cancellation notice.
